American woodworking & machinery vertical 36" bandsaw

No. 10 36" bandsaw made by the American Woodworking and Machinery Co. of Williamsport P.A. Serial # 301471. The blade is 19' 3" X 1/2". It was made somewhere between 1919 and 1925. It has the optional web wheel, cast iron doors, and direct drive motor. It does not have the optional wire guard. It does however have a guard made at a late time out of steel. The machine takes 18" under the guide and 36" between the saw and column, and the table tilts in either direction.3' 6" X 5' 2" floor space. The last two photo's are from an original brochure which I do not have. The machine is fully operational and a very good candidate for restoration.
