Large Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor made by Transtector Systems M/N CPS II 240D. Using (SASD) Silicon Avalance Suppressor Diode technology. The SASD technology is extremely robust and suffers few device failures. This unit is connected to the power line between the service entrance and the load device and dissipates the transients before they can get to the computer or other sensitive equipment. Rated for 240V three phase, 50 NS response time to over voltages. Included is a copy of the installation documentation. We believe that this equipment was removed from a computer facility and upgraded with a newer version system. Original cost was $3300.
