SCIENTIFIC ATLANTA 7790A RF UP CONVERTER
Powered tested and the red "alarm" light came on. Not aware if it needs more pieces of hardware to load the menu up or not.
There are some dings, scuffs and scratches to the casing and the keypad has a scratch through it, but there is nothing that would effect functionality.
