The javaPRO-CRC Coffee Roaster comes fully assembled and ready to go. This Coffee Roaster is based upon the RONCO 6000 PRO rotisserie, professionally modified for coffee roasting. Roasting drum has Stainless Steel sidewalls for durability. Included is exclusive RoastBLAST feature which increases internal roasting temperature for quick roasts and roasting profile experimentation. The javaPRO-CRC even has an electrical ventilation system for smoke extraction which vents the coffee bean roasting smoke to the outside. Complete operating and roasting instructions included, along with 5 pounds unroasted green coffee beans to start you off. This unit offer is designed for Indoor Use. Uses 110 volt AC. Heat proof ventilation tubing is included with purchase.
Below Picture is the javaPRO-CRC Coffee Roaster shown with it's included Stainless Steel coffee roasting drum (also shown in unit). Electrical Ventilation system for smoke extraction is permanently attached to side of unit which is used to extract and vent roasting smoke to the outdoors. Color of unit is either white or black at our choosing, whichever we have in stock at the time of your order.

A: The roasting drum sidewalls are made of quality perforated Stainless Steel for durability.
Start Temp: 62 degrees Fahrenheit
(all readings in degrees Fahrenheit)
Stabilizes at 525 degrees with exhaust ventilation system on.
With exhaust off will reach 600 degrees.
Note: above study done with both primary & secondary (RoastBLAST) heating elements on
& with ventilation system turned on at 525 degrees, drum filled with beans to rated capacity.
