Postage; We use royal mail for items with a postage charge of 4-5 or less and items with a higher charge are sent via courier. This is specified in our listings. We use first class or next working day. All items offer a courier as an alternative but this can be uneconomic. Postage costs are quoted for mainland UK addresses only. Non-mainland addresses, Northern and Southern Ireland, Northern Scotland (approx further north than Dundee, email if unsure) etc may occur additional postage charge, please email first.
Dispatch Time; Virtually all items are dispatched within 2 working days (same day or the day after) and all are dispatched within 3 working days. We do not dispatch on Fridays.
Guarantee; All items carry a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects. (Generators and compressors 6 months) You can also return your item for any reason within 14 days. Please contact us first for a return address. We cannot refund postage charges.
