* Recovered from a closed factory. It was in active use when the factory shut down. It powered up and worked fine in my bench test. See the various pictures showing measuring mode and two showing counting (1 piece shown, 5 pieces shown).
* I found that the curly cord that attaches the remote display head to the scale kept coming unplugged from the large phone jack on the scale. Upon inspection I found that that jack has a broken piece of plastic that was the part that kept that plug clipped in. I wedged it in there for testing and you can do the same, or you could glue or possibly tape it in place, or you could replace that jack and it will be like new. It works fine when wedged in. Minor cosmetic marks and grime from previous use. Nice scale.
