We think the top cream-white part houses a rack & pinion pneumatic actuator that turns the big 8" ball valve.
The white polymer on the far end is a blank-off.
Note the high visibility position indicator.
Note that the ID of the flange is 8".
The top to bottom (as laying on its side) is about 17.5 inches.
The actuator section is nearly 24 inches wide.
This unit is really heavy-we don't have a scales at its location yet.
Might be just what you need for your big stainless powered ball valve application.
Condition looks generally good. Not sure if it has actually been used or just been laying around a while.
