These are commercial ice cream scoops. The bowls are mirror finished.
Bowl and stem are constructed out of 18-8 Stainless Steel.These will hold up longer than most any classic style dipper you will find.Steel gears, not plastic. I'll take this classic trigger grip over any other style, any day.
Abused, or misused, any trigger grip scoop will break. Still, these dippers were built for ice cream parlor use, and you should get long use from them.
