Ultra Precision XY Stage and RSF 83569072 50mm Encoder
This stage is pulled from a development tool of a Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer. It is built of Stainless Steel relatively heavy, It was originally built for E-Beam or LVP systems. Stage and motors are guaranteed to be in working conditions, the encoder is in good condition, but I can not test it for functionality.
The travel is only 45mm by 45mm since this is made for chip diagnostics and thus does not need large movements.
It comes with two Vexta PH266M-E1.2B Stepper motors - 6V 1.2A. The pitch is 1mm per revolution.
