This is used and in good condition. The bearings are still tight so they are not worn. There is some surface rust on the head and shafts, but that comes off very easily with scotch bright. This also comes with (2) sensors #MRS-087-PBL. These sensors are pretty rough and the cords have been cut, so you may want to plan to replace them. Here are the specifications on this item.
