150MW 405NM blue-violet laser diode module with driver
150mW+ 405nm Blu-Ray Blue Violet Laser Diode Module with Adjustable Lens.
Already made 104mA Mini Constant Current Driver included.
Only need Connect to 8 - 15V(9V, 12V battery) for lasing.
It can light cigarette, punch black vinyl and can Burn paper.
Laser diodes are rated for Class IIIb 150mW @400-410nm CW extract from never used Blu-Ray Driver.
Eventhough this diode can drive up to 300mW The ideal range for these diodes are known as 100mW- 125mW.
Already soldered mini SMD 104mA constant current driver can continuously output(work) near 100mW.
This module use acrylic lens but can order optional 405nm AR coated glass lens( $17) .
Max Output : ~150mW(1st transition - need heat sink or less than 30sec. duty)
Max Current : ~110mA(recommand)
Threshold Current : ~30mA(~4V)
Module : 12mm diameter x 30mm length , Adjustable acryl lens(don't tightly fasten - can break laser diode window)
Lead wire 30cm(Red plus[+], Black minus[-], 15cm from diode to PCB and 15cm from driver to power source).
Driver Module : All SMD except power line
Size ~ 30 x 14 mm two layer(improved) - It is possible order last 25 x 10 mm 105mW single layer version.
Drive voltage DC 8 - 15V (9V or 12V battery), output current ~104mA(~100mW), hot but endurable.
5 days continuous working test without heatsink for both driver and module, OK.

I always use ESD protection anti-static bag, anti-static bubble bag for shock protection and also use bubble envelope pack for more protection.
My laser item sold all over the world one and half years without any problem.
For order optional Driver or glass lens, Please "request total" from paynow page before pay.If you don't want this driver, you can order optional 35 x 30 mm 100mA output inverting PWM constant current driver at additional cost $15(exchange).
All SMD except switch and connector, 2.7-6.5V DC input(can use 3V, 4.5V, 6V battery)
Constant current driver kit include some safety circuit for laser diode protection- 10 part include PCB.
Circuits included some filter, max current limit(about 150mW) for protect from over current, capacitor discharge and reverse current protection.
Input Voltage range from 8 V to 20V(eventhough IC can drive 37V I limit it to 20V for safety)
Eventhough constant current driver can make by 5(include PCB) component, it is easy to kill your laser diode.
