New In package. This lock comes with a 3.5 foot long retractable steel cable that can be bent around anything and then is locked back into the main base of the device. It is complete with a combination lock. You simply set all the numbers to "000" and press down the cable head until you hear a click you then rotate the numbers until you code is achieved. Hold down on the cable trigger and then pull the cable out. To lock the device you pass the cable thru any opening and then run the cable thru an around an secure object. To unlock the device you rotate the numbers to the preset code is lined up in the top. Press the release button and then the cable will come out. Press the cable trigger and the cable will retract! The lock itself measures 3 1/4" tall by 2" across.
