There are 6 steel with an army green finish, 1 steel painted gray, and 1 aluminum bin (aluminum bin is missing its top front support brace). Heavy duty steel construction. Each bin measures 11-1/4" x 15-1/2" (19-1/2" with lip) x 8-1/2" capacity. They easily stack together without tools or fasteners and feature Stackbins' patented locking system which gives safe and secure configuration.
