Laser diodes are rated for Class IIIb 180mW @405-410nm CW extract from never used Blu-Ray Driver.
Eventhough this diode can drive up to 300mW.
This module use acrylic lens(180mW) but can order optional 405nm AR coated glass lens( $17 - 200mW) .
Max Output : ~180mW(180mA) or ~200mW with optional 405nm AR coated glass lens.
Module : 12mm diameter x 30mm length with plastic lens
