DODDS dovetail gluer model GP-26F is ideal for custom and long production runs. This machine offers labor savings through easy operation, precision gluing and automatic clean-up. Actual machine color is light gray.
Position the moveable head to match length of the drawer side, and turn the selector switch to Mode 1 for six inches or Mode 2 for twelve inches for drawer height. Place the drawer side on the table bars, which trips the limit switch. The pumps are activated, and the precise amount of glue is automatically applied to the tenons on both ends of the drawer side. Cleaning of the glue system is automatic. Simply turn the valve lever from glue to water, turn the selector switch from run to prime/purge. Water then cleans the slue system automatically. Reversing the settings automatically primes the system with glue.
