This is sold as TOTAL weight INCLUDING THE BOX AND PACKAGING. as that is THE maximum weight allowed by the carrier for the Medium Flat Rate Box outside the USA. Do not be shocked to see less than 20 pounds if you are NOT in America. In the USA it can be the full 20 as the weight limit is 70 pounds!
I also sell silver solder , in kits and bulk along with fluxes, in many forms: for jewelers, smiths, HVAC techs, anyone who brazes most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including stainless steel. These are NOT a silver solder for electronics, though I do carry Stay-Brite Ribbon Solder, a low melt 430F solder.
