New Coherent model 0221-143-00 OEM laser diode assembly. Features a red 670nm output with a 85 degree line generator, 3 feet of input wire, and a LED indicator for Power. This is a high quality, made in the USA module, still in its factory packaging.
Power output (typical): 3.5mW total. (Classified as 1mW Class II due to its high divergence)
Beam: 85 degree divergence x 1mm width (at 12 inches)
Optical Regulation: Automatic power control (APC).
