90HP kay phasemaster rotary phase converter
This is a 90hp Kay Industries rotary phase converter. I am a master electrician with a contracting company. I bought and installed it at a car wash. However, through a year of just sitting, because of permit issues, the company that I install this for sold the carwash equipment and left all the switch gear and phase converter behind. I know this machine and the running hours which are less then 30. I have had Kay Industries out to service it and they did a quality control test on the unit and it performed perfect for the application. I personally don t need something like this at home so I m passing the savings on to whoever wants it.
It is wired for 230v single phase. It takes about 250amps single phase to run it. If you need all the switch gear I have that also and am willing to sell it with the converter for a little extra. It is an auto system, turning on and off when needed

This unit would be great for large machine equipment or running a 3phase 200amp shop.

This automatically Operated Converter includes a side mounted box with contactor and controls to switch the converter on and off as required by the load. Use this converter for unattended applications such as air conditioners, elevators, or other cyclic loads that do not run continuously.
