In typical assemble line, often high percentage of defect PCB was create by incorrect separation of panelized PCB after reflow. This process highly depend on the labor skill and concentration. Fine component soldering or near edge copper trace, board mechanical structure often break or damage by the hand break off procedure of v-grove board separation. Root cause can also be marginal v-groove routing or high strength PCB material.
The V cut machine widely use in the industry to provide reliable way to separated small panelized v grove board, its labor independent and easy to operate. It eliminated the process error near to none and improve yield.

Remark: keep the blade not touch each other, do not adjust the knob to casue the blade to touch in any condition. Remain a gap of 0.1mm and up will yield a very clean cut.
