A unique time-saving Vac-Kit feature is the convenient tempered glass solder collector with heat-insulated handle. This allows for quick cleaning during desoldering by pulling back on the release and lifting the collector away from the handpiece. The entire cleaning operation can be done in several seconds with the Vac-Kit at operating temperature, thereby eliminating downtime.
Plato long-life tips are iron plated copper, pre-tinned at the working surface. In the interior of the tip is a stainless steel tube that prevents erosion by solder. Vac-Kit's unique tapered tip seat construction affords maximum heat transfer and vacuum seal. Three tips are supplied with each Vac-Kit.
