* This Bain Marie can either be Wet Heat or Dry Heat. Simply Take out the Wet Tank for dry heat
* Can accomodate upto 1 x full size gastronorm, 2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/3 or 4 x 1/4 size Gastronorms
