Very attractive and would be a great accent in your home or business.
The only imperfection in this piece is located on a plastic shield that covers the water level indicator. It has a small crack in it due to the high temperature.
it also may need a cleaning just to remove hard water. The performance of the la Pavoni is still excellent.

The crack is shown in the up close picture above. I have found a website that sells replacement parts and you can order the water level sight glass for around 15.00 USD. (this shield is purely a safety feature, and is not needed for, nor does it effect, performance of the machine. The shield simply creates a protective shield for users because the water level indicator can be very hot, and is made of glass. Replacing this shield is purely optional and incredibly simple.)
