. This Vollrath 47143 #16 dark blue disher has a bowl capacity of 1/4 cup and a molded, one-piece handle that improves durability, makes cleaning easy and prevents handle from coming apart. It also has an 18-8 stainless steel bowl and components to prevent corrosion and insure longer life. These dishers have color-coded handles for no- guess size selection and accurate portions.
