*Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Units hold more pans than our regular Sandwich/Salad Units but do not take up any more length - Great for those with high volume in a small space. *Sandwich/Salad Unit 27.62"Long X 34.12"Deep X 46.5"High, 1/5 hp 115V. *Single door with two adjustable heavy duty shelves, 12 pan capacity, 6.5 cu.ft. *Stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness - minimizes condensation. *Oversized and balanced, environmentally friendly (134A), refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans for colder temperatures. *Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360 circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder crisper salads. *All stainless steel front, top and sides. *Interior - attractive, NSF approved, white anodized aluminum sides and top coved corners and stainless steel floor. *Removable back hood and lid. *Holds 33 F to 41 F product temperature in pans. *Work surface 36" high. *Front breathing. *Rear bumpers. *Recessed handles *Standard 5" diameter castors (legs available). *Standard 4" deep polycarbonate insert pans included. *Standard 8-7/8" full length removable cutting board.
