That is how Gayco's acts when someone tries to get the parts out there at a reasonable price. You all saw how Big Bad "G" got Gusmer, then started to replace all of the Gusmer line and raise the costs by more than 40%!!!

I would guess that they went to the local automotive store and got cheap Buna-N o-rings to save a few bucks and pass them off as "OEM type".
Look guys, I have been doing this for several years and know what the the real thing costs. I was able to get the correct information from several tech reps over time so I KNOW what is in them!
I have spent years in the field and have the experience to know that if I am saving $25.00 on an o-ring kit for my gun, and then the gun goes down due to an o-ring failure - I just lost hundreds or thousands of dollars and now have a down gun, lost production and most likely a mess to clean up.

Graco manual on page 20 says not to use N Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP), Dynasolve CU6, Dzolv, or equivalent to flush the gun. CAUTION.
Ok that means the times when you clean the inside of the gun, REMOVE the o rings first! Besides, how can you possibly get the part clean with an o ring still on it? I know this is foam 101, but I have had a few people make a fuss on this one. I am a trainer in this industry and have been trained by the OEM's and that is their procedure, plus it just makes good sense.
