Diameter at the small end of the spindle taper is 1.000"
Diameter at the LARGE end of the spindle taper is 1.308"
This one has a drop of about .099" in diameter over a 2" distance of the taper so I know it is not morse taper or Brown and Sharpe taper.
The small diameter at the holding/work end measures 1.230" and the large diameter is 1.643" You can see it is still partially coated in plastic.
