Millipore HABG04700 Filter Membrane Discs
0.45 micron, Type HABG, 47mm Diameter
A sealed pack of 100 filters, which are broken into four inner plastic cases of 25 discs.
Two boxes from the same lot number were used to test these (all boxes are from the same lot number). One test box was fully sealed, the other partially.
The filter discs were found to be easily separable. They are not brittle - even when the filter was folded down completely (and several times) it only cracked in a couple of small spots or not at all. And when it did, it was only when pressed hard on the crease. Also, this was with the top discs; at just the 2nd disc from the top, it was much harder to break the filter.
Each filter is separated from the next by two protective discs. The tested packs will not be sent, you will receive a sealed unit, priced well below retail.
The full product number is HABG 047 00. These are the black, gridded screen filters composed of mixed cellulose esters. Hydrophilic.
