Overall condition is good. Some parts may need to be cleaned from sitting in storage. As this is a USED item, expect some scuffs, scrapes, etc.
The "GO JOE" bubble plastic piece has a dimple (for lack of a better term) in it. But the whole piece is replaceable if necessary.

I have no way to hook up water to this, but I plugged it in and turned it on and the light comes on, then I shut it off, That is as far as I was able to to test it out.
