According to our research, the Agilent 85122A K01 BJT Adapter is an adapter component from the 85122A device modeling IC-CAP system and is used with 4142B triax cables and the 11612A Force/Sense Bias Networks (not included.)
The Agilent 85122A high frequency device modeling system (45 MHz to 20 GHz) when combined with the 85190 series high frequency IC-CAP software, along with Cascade probes or ICM fixtures, can be used to model BJT, FET, MOS, and diode devices. This is the adapter that is used to model BJT devices. This BJT adapter offers option K01.
We have also seen the 85122A referred to as parameter extraction measurement modeling system for use with Network Analyzers. This unit is the adapter only.
