This item is used but other than having normal cosmetic scuff marks on the painted areas, primarily at the base, it appears to be in excellent condition. Guaranteed not to be DOA. Serial No. 6970.
Just as a side note because the Trimos Height Micrometer uses a patented 3 face column, in the event that a set of measuring faces is scratched or damaged it can easily be rotated to one of the other two sets of measuring faces. This gives the Trimos Height Micrometer triple the life of the competition by using this selector capability on the bottom of the base. Its original although somewhat stained dust cover is also included.
