This machine was used a handful of times by a local school. Cosmetically, as such it does have some expected paint on it (however, the paint is water based and can be cleaned off we cleaned some off with water and a brush just to show you that it can be done). The engine cranks easily and runs great. The pump also works well and builds up and holds pressure as it should, etc Also, note that the tank has a hand pump so if you are out in the field and run out of gas, you can still finish the job.
