This is one of several end mill bits that I received from a plant machine shop that went out of business. These appear to be un-used. They have been sitting on a shelf for many years. They still have the protective rubber coating on the cutters. I have kept the smaller bits for use in my mill and I am selling these larger bits since they do not fit in my mill. Be sure to check my other listings for other sizes. These are not center cutting types so you can not drill holes with them. From what I can tell these do not appear to be re-sharpened. If they were they had to be professionally done because can not tell. I had a small hand full of bits that look used or appeared to be resharpened and I threw those away.
