The MM3000 is a 4-axis controller for the 850F-HS motors.
* The MM3000 improves overall positioning performance with features like linear error and backlash compensation for better repeatability, closed-loop micro-stepping and automatic motor power cutoff on error
* The MM3000 is ideal for use in test and measurement, automated optical alignment, laser micro-ablation, scanning microscopy, wafer inspection, micro-probing and other applications that require a point-to-point motion controller with the ability to handle complex multi-axis tasks
* The drivers can power servo motors from .1 to 10 amps or drive stepper motors up to 100x micro-step resolution
