Lucas Labs CAT Process Chamber Assurance Tool
This Lucas Labs chamber test tool is used surplus. It was partially tested in our facility. The pump works ok, but there is a broken switch. The computer works well, but there is a corrupt or missing file for the CAT software. The CAT program did not run. Also, the Varian gauge is not working.
The test system includes a Dell computer, keyboard, monitor, Vacuubrand pump, turbopump and controller, and Lucas Labs Reference module.
Note: The wheeled base is NOT included.
