These are brand new devices which have had a couple of wire tails snipped off. They were manufactured with short leads added on as part of an assembly, but were never used so they are guaranteed perfect full specification devices.
I also have driver boards for these designed for 4.5v battery use and which have several brightness modes and flash functions. Please ask me to list if required at 1.75 each.
