Welcome to my store!!! This is a Star Flasher brand from the USA. The model number is 215-TL. The plastic on the top is blue. Looks like someone tried to pry it off because there are chips on the edges.
The handle has light surface rust on it. This is in good shape otherwise. I didn't have a battery, so I couldn't check to see if it works. It did when it was packed away. Don't pass it up!!!
