3988 is a white self-adhesive matte vinyl that has a permanent, solvent based adhesive with a siliconized kraft liner. This calendared vinyl is WeatherPro certified and had "cast like" properties that allow for use as a vehical graphic; however, not recommended as a full scale vehicle wrap, but can be used on flat panels such as sides and doors.
