This is a brand new, unused copper sputtering target, to suit the MRC / KDF 600 / 900 inline series sputtering machines. It is a 4 piece construction, Inset Mu target.
The material purity is 99.99%, and the manufacturer is Soleras Ltd of Maine. The year of manufacture is 2006.
The material is still wrapped in its original vacuum packaged plastic and copper protective paper. I unwrapped the foam from one piece of the target, but have not unwrapped the copper target from its protective paper or plastic wrap.
The target will be supplied with its original certificate of conformity from the manufacturer.
