The 86-6 cultipacker is an excellent tool for the landscaper or farmer. The roller wheels firm the soil around the seed for better germination. In windy conditions the top of the V ridge will dry out while the bottom of the valley retains moisture, which provides good cover over the seeds. The cultipacker with sprocket wheels forms pockets to better hold sandy soil in place. The cultipacker is equipped with brackets to add rear crimper blades to modify the unit to a straw-incorporator.
