It is Part # CRP900-1, 9" Long, still factory sealed.
The CEMENTEX line of tools are made for use in high voltage enviornments, thickly insulated, rated for working on 1KV live circuits.
This is not a cutter, rather a tool for scoring the insulation prior to stripping on large type cables.
