Leitz Ergoplan Microscope Inspection System 200mm
This Leitz microscope inspection station is used surplus. The system includes objectives, eyepiece lenses, robot with stages, computer, robot control, camera control, video printer, Sony monitor, and cables. The computer is fully functional, but it will need to be rebuilt. (The OS is password protected)
The overall physical condition is good, but there are scratches, and some minor scuffs. The 50x objective has a damaged lens. The wafer stage has some minor damage to the positioning knob, but it was repaired.
The microscope was partially tested. The light works, the objectives are working, and the camera and monitor is functional.
