This is in used but good condition with one defect. The hole where the door attaches is broken larger. I used clear tape to keep the door functional and it wokes fine. You may choose to fix it with fiberglass or some tabs with new holes and it would be 100% I also have a newer one with no defects. We Used the new top 6 monthes in our store the grill is now broken. I bought it for 200.00 I would sell for 150.00
