This is a used Aluminum Stock Structural Plate. Cosmetically, the plate is in good overall condition with some normal scratches, scuffs and stains.
There are a number of holes and cutouts into or through the plate. There are also two 1" steel pegs in one face. These can be seen at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions in the second photo. We do not know the alloy for this plate.
