This item is of high quality, heavy duty construction with an olive drab paint coat over heavy
brass construction. It is 3 inches tall and 1.5 inch diameter and weighs over half a pound.

The top has a handle which can be lain down to either side of a central wing nut
which when turned and released causes a rapid spinning of the spring powered
General condition is 9/10 with a few nicks in the paint showing shiny brass underneath.
