We are selling a Berkel 3 Pan Cold Drop-In Countertop Display Case, Model # KT-1100. This item is new in the box, but is an old stock closeout special. Its dimensions are 42 1/2w" x 29 3/4d" x 20 1/2h".
This cold display cabinet provides the perfect climate for all food being held. The cold, conditioned air keeps the food products fresh and pleasently cool. Even without sliding glass doors all food products are protected by the climatic air curtain. At an ambient temperature of 25 degrees Celcius all cold display cabinets provide an operating range between 4 and 7 degrees Celcius. The cold food cabinet is made of stainless steel. All outer surfaces are smooth with no edges and easy to clean. All the inner components can be removed for cleaning.
