Welcome, here we have two (2) new old stock from 1967 military surplus new never used, mint condition, large power resistors with heavy ceramic cores. Made by Cutler-Hammer.
Rated at 280 ohms (280R) and 75 watts and they have a terminal at mid piont that reads 140 ohms. These resistors are marked "11003H44B 280 OHMS" They are 5" long and 1" diameter.
