Description: Get organized with this custom NSF rated, extra large 2 sided pizza prep station set-up for a busy take-out pizza shop. It is designed to go up against one wall and operate from 2 sides. One side for prep, the other side for pickup. It has (2) 17" deep heated shelves to hold boxes waiting for pick-up. And shelving to hold empty boxes ready to grab and fill. Extra large work surface and enclosed undershelf for added storage.
