This is a Herman H. Sticht Model J Hand Tachometer. It is designed to show the speed or change of speed of any revolving shaft or surface. The box contains all parts. The accessories are a triangular steel tip, conical rubber tip that is metal mounted (large size), pointed rubber tip that is metal mounted (large size), pointed rubber tip that is metal mounted (small size), extension bar and a 12-inch circumference wheel disc. The instrument is of the triple range type with the following scales: Low range (300-1,200 RPM), medium range (1,000-4,000 RPM), and high range (3,000-12,000 RPM). We have no way to test this equiptment it appears to be in excellent condition.
