With decades of manufacturing experience, Carlisle food carriers are designed to meet tough NSF standards and are made of rugged, stain and scratch resistant polyethylene. Extra thick foam insulation ensures maximum temperature retention while maintaining a lightweight unit for mobility. Features include:
-Thick doors are designed to ensure top performance and temperature retention
-Nylex Latches eliminate sharp edges; will not rust, bend, or dent
-Insulated to maintain correct serving temperatures
-Individual track for each food pan
-PC300N holds 8 combinations of 6", 4", and 2-1/2" deep food pans
