This is a brand new heater/vent/air conditioning blower motor assembly by Isuzu for the 1999 - 2002 Honda Passport. The Honda Passport was producued by Isuzu for Honda and was "badged" as the Honda Passport. This was Honda's first truck in the U.S. market, and using an existing Isuzu vehicle with a Honda badge was a fast way to get a foothold in the U.S. truck/SUV market.
